Hi, My name is Lorimer. I live in Surrey, UK, am a retired airline pilot and would like to share with you the experience of owning a Classic Daimler, the V8-engined Daimler Dart.
I've had this car since July 1999, having bought it after a complete 5-year rebuild. It's been my privilege to look after this part of english heritage ever since. I see myself as a custodian of a small example of British motoring.
I will share on some of the joys (& challenges) of owning such a car. The joys win by far though.
